BOISE-- Memorial Stadium is getting a big upgrade just in time for the Boise Hawks' 30th anniversary.
On Wednesday crews began installing a new LED video board. The finished display will measure nearly 16 feet high and 38 feet wide.
HD video cameras will also be added to improve the experience at Hawks games.
The team plans to show live video, instant replays, video clips, statistics and graphics on the new scoreboard.
It is expected to be finished by Friday.
The Hawks will host their first home game of the season at Memorial Stadium on June 20th.
