Chris O'Neill caught 2 touchdowns in the 2008 season.
Boise State senior tight end Chris O'Neill will likely miss the remainder of this season because of broken foot he suffered in Wednesday nights win over Louisiana Tech.
In Monday afternoons press conference coach Chris Petersen confirmed that sometime during the game O'Neill had his foot stepped on, but it was not until after the game that the break was revealed by an x-ray.
O'Neill caught a 44 yard touchdown pass in the 2nd quarter of Wednesdays game. He caught a total of 10 passes for 134 yards this season. Coach Petersen also said it is still possible that Chris could return for a bowl game.
Kyle Efaw, Tommy Gallarda, and Richie Brockel will likely all see time at tight end for the remainder of the season.
