BSU quarterback Jared Zabransky is hoping to take his success with the Broncos to the next level - the National Football League.
Former Bronco quarterback Jared Zabransky has a new home, with the NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Fiesta Bowl MVP told 7 Sports that the official contract wasn’t signed yet, but would be either Sunday or Monday.
Zabransky says he’s excited to get a chance to prove himself to his new coach, Mike Tomlin. He'll compete to be the team's 3rd-string quarterback.
‘Z' also said he's excited to get to a blue collar town, with a blue collar team, just like Boise State. Zabransky signed a free agent contract with the Houston Texans last year, but was cut before the regular season. He’s excited to leave the Texans in his rearview mirror, because, according to him, it’s an organization too wrapped up in money and politics.
Zabransky compiled a 33-5 record as the starting quarterback at Boise State.
