Dr. Neil Frank: Isaac could continue moving west

HOUSTON -- World-renowned hurricane expert Dr. Neil Frank is part of the KHOU 11 Weather team tracking Isaac.
The former director of the National Hurricane Center said there's still a chance Isaac could move further to the west, putting Texas in the "cone of uncertainty."
