Suspect in North Seattle shooting arrested in Burien

After tracking her cell phone to a house in Burien, police arrested Carolyn Piksa, 46, a Seattle Parks and Recreation employee wanted in the shooting of a co-worker in the Green Lake area Friday afternoon.
