FBI searching for suspect accused of shooting at ISP deputy, kidnapping

Officers said Walck shot at an ISP trooper in Rathdrum early Saturday morning after leading authorities on a pursuit. The trooper was not hurt. Kootenai County Sheriff’s deputies said sometime after that, he kidnapped a Rathdrum woman.
