BOISE -- In light of recent events, KTVB asked the Boise Police Department to talk about bike, driver, and pedestrian safety.

Deputy Chief Pete Ritter, a BPD officer and avid cyclist sat down with Carolyn Holly and Dee Sarton to answer this: is there any rhyme or reason for this rash of accidents between bicyclists and motorists?
