BOISE- Idaho Stampede head coach Randy Livingston announced that the team had acquired three-time NBAAll-Star Antoine Walker on Tuesday.

Walker, a 12-year veteran of the NBA, made appearances in the 1998, 2002, and 2003 NBA All-Star games. While playing for the Miami Heat, Walker averaged 13.3 points per game during the team's championship season. Prior to his NBAcareer, Walker won an NCAANational Championship while at the University of Kentucky.

Coach Livingston introduced Walker to the Boise media at a news conference. He said that Walker is expected to play when the Stampede host Dakota on Wednesday.
