NAMPA -- Lots of artists and art lovers are descending upon Lakeview Park this weekend the Nampa Festival of the Arts.
You can take a look at handmade candles, jewelry, sculptures, paintings, pottery, woodwork, glass, metal, photography, and more.
There are also artistic demonstrations and art projects for the kids to do themselves.
This is the 28th year of the event and almost 200 artists are in the park this time around.
"People come and are amazed by the magnitude of how many artisans we have out here," said Jennifer Vanderpool, a member of the event staff. "About 190 artisans come out each year. So it's lots of things to look at."
This year's festival also features a juried art show.
It continues Sunday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Lakeview Park.
