175 handmade quilts will be on display this weekend at Kuna High School for the Idaho PieceMakers Quilt Show. This annual event is full for entries but youth work is still be accepted today. The show has a $5 recommended donation at the door with the proceeds of the event going to local charities. Funds will be given to the Boise Chordsmen youth outreach program, Disabled Veterans Chapter 13, Idaho Women's Veterans Organization, Kuna Community Foodbank, Project Kids, and Syringa House. The show is open on Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm. In addition to seeing the quilts you can get ideas and advice on making your own projects.
