BOISE -- Boise's historic Linen Building is for sale.

The building's owner, Linen District developer David Hale, brought the 100-year-old building back to life to use for concerts, art exhibits, non-profit benefits and other events.

Hale says a change in his lifestyle and the need to refocus on new projects is motivating the sale.

The Linen Building at 1402 W. Grove Street, was originally built in 1910 and known as the American Laundry Building.
