ONTARIO, Ore. -- Ontario police say a missing two-year-old girl has been found and turned over to the Oregon Department of Human Services.

Elida R. Daniel was originally believed to be with her father, Eddie Daniel, in violation of an order from DHS.

The search for Elida and her three siblings began Wednesday, after an investigation was launched into the death of Daniel's five-month-old son, who died at Saint Alphonsus in Ontario Tuesday. The boy was brought to the hospital by his mother. Priscilla Gonzalez.

Police say in early May, DHS took custody of Eddie Daniel and Priscilla Gonzalez's children for neglect issues. The children were given back to their mother later in the month with the stipulation she have no contact with Daniel.

Daniel is not a suspect in the death. The boy's cause of death is undetermined, and an autopsy will be conducted in Portland on Friday.

Elida's siblings, who were also believed to be missing, have been located and remain in DHS custody.

Police say there are no charges against either parent at this point.
