BOISE -- Boise state head football coach Bryan Harsin announced today that he'll bring on three new members to his coaching staff. Kent Riddle, Steve Caldwell and Brian Wilkinson will all leave Arkansas State and join Harsin on the blue.

Kent Riddle will coach running backs and special teams. He previously coached running backs and special teams with the Broncos and garnered one of the most accurate kicking units in the country, converting 96.8 percent of PATs and 73.1 percent of field goal attempts.

Steve Caldwell will join the Broncos as a defensive line coach. Caldwell coached at Arkansas and Arkansas state, working with defensive ends. Under Caldwell, Arkansas averaged more than two sacks and more than 7 tackles-for-loss in 2010.

Brian Wilkinson comes to Boise as the director of football operations. Wilkinson spent time in the west as Wyoming's Director of Football operations in 2011 and 2012. He's also spent time in California as Sacramento State's director of football operations in 2008 and 2009. Wilkinson has been part of six bowl games in his career.
