BOISE -- Two former Treasure Valley residents have just become the 12th and 13th people sentenced as part of the Crestwood Homes mortgage fraud case.

U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge today sentenced Aaron and Tiffany Hymas of North Salt Lake, Utah, for wire fraud -- with two years in prison for Aaron Hymas, and 60 days in prison for Tiffany Hymas. They were also ordered to pay nearly $2.2 million in restitution.

Both pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud last year -- admitting that they schemed to defraud a lender in 2007 by having Tiffany submit a residential loan application that contained false information about her income.

Since November 2010, a total of 13 people have been sentenced as part of the Crestwood investigation.
