NAMPA -- The Nampa School District is continuing to look for ways to dig themselves out of a multi-million dollar shortfall.
KTVB has learned the district wants to sell more than an acre of property at the southeast corner of Nampa High School, on 12th Avenue Road. The property will be sold to the highest bidder, but for no less than $630,000.
Selling property is one option the school board discussed in some of their earlier meetings. This particular piece of property is just one of four pieces they identified as possibilities.
It's the latest step towards financial recovery. Just this week, a judge approved a loan for the Nampa School District. The district also asking voters to support a multi-million-dollar tax levy next month.
