ChefGeorgia White's Fish Tacos

1 lb fresh fish, Bass, crappie, catfish etc any white fish
1 tbs old bay seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 lime squeezed
finely chopped cilantro and parsley for top

broil for about 5 minutes until flaky

Fish TacoSalsa
1/2 head cabbage finely sliced
1 can pineapple tidbits with juice
1/4 head purple cabbage finely sliced
2 jalapenos finely chopped
3/4 c fresh cilantro finely chopped
2 cloves garlic pressed
1/2 red onion chopped
1 lime squeezed
1/4 c green onions chopped

mix all together and serve over fish.
you can use hard shells, soft corn shells or tostada shells

adjust jalapenos for hotness
