KINGMAN, Ariz. -- A tour bus filled with passengers on its way to Las Vegas after a trip to the Grand Canyon was swept away by rising floodwaters Sunday night.

Authorities say 33 passengers were on board the bus when it flipped onto its side in a fast-moving, 8-foot deep wash near Kingman, Arizona. That's about 100 miles southeast of Las Vegas.

Reports indicate all 33 passengers were able to climb through the windows and jump to safety.
