ONTARIO, Ore. -- With a big crowd expected for the Jordan Valley Big Loop Rodeo this weekend, Oregon State Police and the Malheur County Sheriff's Office will keep a close watch on US Highway 95.

Additional OSP troopers will patrol the highway Friday night through Sunday from the Idaho-Oregon border to the Nevada-Oregon border -- targeting driving under the influence and other hazardous traffic violations.

Police remind drivers to plan a safe way home, with a sober driver -- and don't let your friends drive while impaired.
