MOSCOW, Idaho -- A 28-year-old Moscow man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder after another man was shot during an argument at a trailer house.

Moscow Police Chief David Duke says the victim, 42-year-old Charles Patrick McMichael, along with his wife and the woman who owns the trailer had gone to the trailer early Sunday afternoon to change the locks.

Duke says the door was locked and barricaded so McMichael forced it open. Duke says McMichael argued with the man inside who then shot McMichael in the chest. McMichael died Sunday afternoon at the hospital.

The suspected shooter, Nathaniel H. Nisbet, cooperated with arresting officers. He is scheduled to be in court on Tuesday.

Duke says Nisbet and the woman who owns the trailer had lived together at one time.
