BOISE -- For the third time in the last five draws, Idaho has had another $1 million Powerball winner, this time in eastern Idaho.

At least one winning ticket, sold in Bonneville County, matched all five of the first numbers from last night's $167.4 million Powerball draw and is worth $1 million, lottery officials said.

The winning numbers were 09, 29, 40, 44, 54 and the Powerball was 07.

We are encouraging everyone who played Powerball for last night's draw to check their tickets carefully, said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. Too often we see players not match the Powerball and think they do not have a winning ticket. In this case, the ticket matched all five of the first numbers and is worth $1 million.

A $1 million Powerball winning ticket from Bonneville County in March 2010 went unclaimed after 180 days, Anderson said.

On July 10, the Eckerts of Boise won a million dollars and three days later, the Middlemiss's of Utah also won a million dollars.

Lottery officials say, per capita, Idaho is one of the luckiest jurisdictions in the country for winning $1 million on Powerball over the last three weeks.

With no jackpot winner, the estimated jackpot for Saturday night is now $196 million.
