BOISE -- Following a 27-day stint in an Orange County Jail, former Boise State wide receiver Titus Young posted a portion of his bail on June 9th, and was released.

Monday Young was due back in court for a hearing, but he didn't show up.

According to USA Today, no arrest warrant has been issued. Young's attorney said there have been delays in this case while Young is being evaluated by a psychiatrist.

The judge handling the case said that an arrest warrant will be issued if Young misses his next pre-trial hearing which is set for July 2nd.
