BOISE -- A Boise man is accused of waving a handgun at three teenagers.

The incident happened Saturday afternoon in east Boise.

Officers met with three teenage boys who said they had been riding their bikes near East Parkcenter Boulevard and East Pennsylvania Street when the driver of a maroon Subaru slowed down, waved a gun toward the boys, and made threatening comments before driving off.

The boys immediately called police. They were able to provide officers with enough information to identify a suspect.

Police arrested 21-year-old Travis Kork at his home Monday, not far from where the incident occurred. Officer says there is evidence that Kork had been drinking alcohol prior to the incident.

He was booked into the Ada County Jail on a charge of felony aggravated assault.
