TACOMA, Wash. -- Prosecutors filed court documents Monday that reveal the video and photograph collection they found in Steven Powell's home.

They accuse him of videotaping women in numerous locations, mostly without their knowledge, including the Tacoma Mall, rest stops, a dress shop in Spokane, and the sidewalks of Seattle.

The tapes also show women in a variety of parking lots in Edmonds, Puyallup, and Federal Way, and at a park in Kirkland.

Powell's' collection also included a number of photographs of women and girls taken through open windows of homes. There are several photos of Susan Powell breastfeeding and photos of her dirty garments that Steven Powell allegedly displayed on his bed.

Powell is facing 14 counts of felony voyeurism. A judge threw out the child pornography charge against him on Monday.
