BLACKFOOT, Idaho-- The chief deputy prosecuting attorney in Bingham County has filed a motion to amend complaints against three former Blackfoot High School students who police say engaged in hazing incidents.
Prosecutor Randy Smith filed the motion that could result in Logan Chidester, Anthony Clarke and Nathan Walker, all 19, facing an additional charge of principal to felony forcible sexual penetration by use of a foreign object.
The Idaho State Journal in a story published Thursday reports that a court hearing on the motion is set for Jan. 5 in 7th District Court.
The three men are already charged with felony counts of forcible sexual penetration using a foreign object stemming from incidents police say occurred at a school locker room and on a bus between Dec. 2, 2009, and Feb. 28.
A fourth former student, 19-year-old Tyson Katseanes, faces that charge as well.
