BOISE -- Those interested in tasting boutique wine, beer, and spirits can sample a wide variety of local and regional creations in Hyde Park on Saturday.

That's where Taste208 will relocate on Saturday, expanding from its past offerings in Boise's Powerhouse Event Center.

Organizers expect up to 750 people to visit the outdoor event, which includes food trucks.

The 21+ event goes from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and costs $35, which includes a glass and the tasting fee.

Limited tickets are availble both online and at the door.

Founder Courtney Feider says the intention is to highlight what people can get in Boise including craft-made, family made, and boutique creations.

We have about 50 vendors in from across the West to sample their products, Feider told KTVB.

Local products of interest include specialty casks from area breweries, including Payette Brewery and Woodland Empire.

Regional beers and spirits from Oregon and Washington are also expected to draw attention.
