BOISE -- A 27-year-old woman who walked away from an inmate work center in Boise has been recaptured after she arrived in Boise aboard a bus from Salt Lake City.
Shirleyanne Fisher was taken into custody at 7:20 a.m. Friday at a downtown Boise bus station.
Boise Police and the Idaho Department of Correction's Fugitive Recovery Unit worked together to find and arrest her.
Fisher walked away from the East Boise Community Work Center on February 21.The 27-year-old had been sentenced for possession of a controlled substance in Canyon County.
She was scheduled to be released on Aug. 31, 2014.
Fisher now faces the possibility of charges related to her escape from the work center.
