BOISE -- If you plan to use the Greenbelt this week, there is some maintenance work you'll want to be aware of.

A section of the Greenbelt near the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial will be closed as Boise Parks and Recreation crews clean and repaint three tunnels.

The tunnels on the north side of the Boise River under Capitol Boulevard, 8th and 9th Streets will be closed Monday through Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. until noon. Signs will help pedestrians detour around the area to River Street.

Boise Parks and Recreation is responsible for the maintenance of 22.5 miles of Greenbelt pathway within the city limits.
