BOISE -- Saturday wasthe perfect day for a bike ride - at least indoors it was.

Saint Alphonsus put on the Boise version of the Tour de France with more than a one hundred cyclists on stationary bikes.

The purpose was to help increase awareness to the importance of having a healthy heart.

Rocky Church came because he says St. Al's saved his life when he had a heart attack.

I felt it was only fair that I gave a little back for as much as they gave me, Church said, who rode with a team of four. So I'm going to spin for the heart thing today.

Over 130 cyclists took part in the event at theBoise Town Square mall.

Those who went to watch were able to receive a free blood pressure screening.
