BOISE -- KTVB continues to learn more about Fazliddin Kurbanov, the Boise man arrested on federal terrorism charges Thursday.
An anonymous source who knows the family well, but did not want to be identified, told KTVB that Kurbanov was an outstanding citizen trying to take care of his family.
KTVB is also told that he has a wife and one child, and that his parents and sister live in Boise.
His friend says the family is originally from Uzbekistan, and they all moved here about two years ago. Previous to their move, the entire family had converted from Islam to Christianity.
However, his friend says Kurbanov, who FBI agents believe was supporting an Islamic terrorist group, must have reverted back to Islam at some point.
