BOISE -- The man accused of shooting and killing a Meridian attorney in a Walgreens parking lot may be sent back to jail.

Rob Hall posted the $1 million bond and was granted a pre-trial release in April.

But as part of the conditions of his release Hall was ordered to have no contact with his wife, Kandi Hall, who is also the primary witness in his murder trial.

The prosecution says Rob Hall knowingly and deliberately had contact with Kandi Hall on at least 18 separate occasions.

They are requesting Hall be arrested and brought before the court for a hearing as soon as possible. That hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.

NewsChannel 7 will let you know if the judge decides to put Rob Hall back in jail.
