MERIDIAN -- Seeking a third term, Idaho Republican Governor C.L. Butch Otter kicked off his re-election campaign Wednesday morning.

Gov. Otter met with supporters at Western States in Meridian. He says he's proud of what has been accomplished in the last few years, but added that there's more work to do.

Looking ahead, the governor says he's focused on a few key points.

Well, obviously the issues are going to be the economy and jobs. Are we going to continue to grow with the environment, the business environment that we've set in the state? We're attracting business. Obviously, we're getting businesses to expand right here in Idaho, said Otter.

Otter will face two challengers in the May republican primary, State Senator Russ Fulcher and Harley Brown.
