BOISE -- Kuna High football coach Lee Leslie says he's leaving the Gem State.

Leslie tells KTVB's sports director Jay Tust that he'll take over the Kahuku Red Raiders football team in Hawaii.

In the last 15 years, the Red Raiders have appeared in seven state championships and won six of them.

Leslie was a major source of support for the community over the last several months, staying in close contact with injured football player Boone Bartlome.

Leslie say's he'll miss Idaho but is excited for the future saying, I have a heavy heart for my Kuna family but very blessed to have been chosen.
