EAGLE -- The Eagle Fire Department is giving thanks to the family of Shauna Hill, the 16-year-old girl who was killed in a car crash late last year.

After Shauna's death, her family asked that donations in her memory be made to the Eagle Fire Department so that the money could be used to help others and promote safety.

At a dedication ceremony held Monday morning, Eagle firefighters demonstrated equipment that firefighters will use to free people who are injured in car crashes -- equipment that was paid for by about $5,500 in donations to the memorial fund.
