BOISE -- Idaho State Police are asking for the public's help finding a Twin Falls man who crashed into an ambulance back in October.
Police say they're looking for 36-year-old Samuel John McCartney.
McCartney was charged with inattentive driving in Adams County after his car slammed head-on into the Council ambulance.
The crash seriously injured two EMTs that were treating a patient in the back of the ambulance at the time of the crash. The patient was also injured.
Police say McCartney appeared at his arraignment in February, but failed to appear at a pre-trial conference late last month.
There is now a $10,000 warrant out for his arrest.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to give Idaho State Police a call.
