KUNA -- The community of Kuna continues to rally support for Boone Bartlome, the Kuna High football player seriously injured in a game against Bishop Kelly.

The Paul's Market in Kuna held a silent auction Saturday to raise money for Bartlome's family. Paul's Market manager Charlie Long said, our goal is to reach $5,000, we raised $2,100 yesterday, so we've got about $3,000 to go today. And everything goes to Boone and his recovery efforts.

But at the end of the day the community far surpassed that goal and donated $6,020.85.

Also, the Idaho Steelheads are offering special priced tickets on November 29th with proceeds going to the Boone fund.
