BOISE -- The Boise State football team may be making a lot more appearances on ESPN over the next seven years.

According to's Brett McMurphy, ESPN and the Mountain West Conference are finalizing a seven-year media rights deal that will put all six of Boise State's home games on the network.

A source told McMurphy that the ESPN deal would put 22 Mountain West football games and 25 men's basketball games on the network every year.

KTVB spoke with the Mountain West Conference on Thursday, and learned that no deal has been finalized, but that Commissioner Craig Thompson has been actively working on finding another television partner to go along with the deal already in place with CBS Sports Network.
