BOISE -- A crash on Interstate 84 early Saturday morning left one person dead and sent another to the hospital, Idaho State Police said.
Police say at 6:18 a.m., 26-year-old Micah Tonn, of Boise, was riding his motorcycle eastbound on I-84 near the Eagle Road on-ramp when he was hit from behind by a car driven by 27-year-old Shandi Cotner, of Payette.
Tonn was pronounced dead at the scene. Cotner was taken to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center to be treated for injuries.
The two right lanes of the eastbound interstate were blocked for two hours while the police Investigated.
