TWIN FALLS -- A 19-year-old has pleaded guilty in a home-invasion case where authorities say a group of young men terrorized a prominent southern Idaho fish farmer and his wife.
The Twin Falls Times-News reports John Valenciano Jr., pleaded guilty in 5th District Court to robbery and kidnapping in the Aug. 7 incident where Leo and Judy Ray of Buhl were tied up and robbed in their home.
Two additional men and a 16-year-old boy are awaiting trial in coming months.
Following his guilty plea Thursday, Valenciano is due to be sentenced Jan. 2.
The group is accused of stealing electronics, jewelry, guns and other valuables.
Since 1973, Leo Ray has raised, processed and marketed channel catfish, blue catfish, Tilapia, trout, alligator, sturgeon and sturgeon caviar in southern Idaho's plentiful natural springs.
