BOISE -- The man accused of the murder of Meridian attorney Emmett Corrigan is again headed toward a jury trial.

Rob Hall and his attorneys had entered into mediation with prosecutors, but the deadline for any deals through that process was Friday.

It appears no deals were made. KTVB learned Monday through court officials that Hall will appear in court Tuesday for a pretrial conference.

That means the trial schedule is on track and barring any other standard plea changes, Hall's jury trial will begin in about two weeks.
