BOISE -- Sheriff's Deputies say a Nampa man admitted to breaking into a South Ada County home and several vehicles Saturday night and early Sunday morning.

Ada County Sheriff's deputies were a called to a home in the 6100 block of South Snowdrift Place just before 5 a.m. Sunday for a report of a burglary that had just happened at the home. The person living at the home told police the burglar took off in a black Saturn car.

Deputies were able to identify and follow the car near Lake Hazel Road, before they attempted to stop the driver -- who they say was 23-year-old Nathan S. Harrington of Nampa.

Ada County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Andrea Dearden says Harrington didn't immediately pull over, and instead drove to a church parking lot where he was subsequently arrested.

Dearden says Harrington admitted to police that he committed multiple crimes Saturday night and early sunday morning.

In addition to the home burglary on Snowdrift Place, police say Harrington also confessed to stealing tools and equipment from two vehicles and a storage shed, all at different locations.

All the stolen property was recovered and returned to its owners.

Harrington faces three burglary charges and one theft charge - all felonies. Police say additional charges are possible.
