BOISE - A cyclist who was injured last week after he was struck by a pickup truck is still receiving medical care at a Boise hospital, police say.
The man was hit June 17 at the intersection of Federal Way and Gowen Road. He was wearing a helmet, but suffered serious head and leg injuries. His injuries are still considered to be potentially life-threatening.
Police say the pickup truck's driver had a green light when entering the intersection. No citations have been issued.
The crash remains under investigation.
