WALLACE, Idaho -- The Shoshone County Sheriff's Office is looking for information about an 11-year-old missing boy.

Elan Shedd, was reportedly last seen being taken by his biological father William Shedd on August 24th, according to the Shoshone County Sheriff's Office.

Elan's mother, reported her son was taken by his father from a campsite in the Bumblebee area near Coeur D' Alene, Idaho where she and Elan's brother were all camping.

William Shedd was last seen in a white van with Kootenai County license plates. They have not been seen or heard from since.

On September 19th a felony arrest warrant was issued for William Shedd.

William Shedd is a white adult male, 5'6 tall, 150 pounds with green eyes and white hair. The sheriff's office says he is also known to use the following alias names: Paul J LeBrun, Craig Shedd, and William Shedd Sr.

Elan Shedd is a white juvenile male, 4'11 tall, 70 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

The Shoshone County Sheriff's Office is working with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to get information out about Elan. William Shedd is charged with custodial interference.
