BOISE -- Two suspects charged in a series of car fires in Boise were back in court today.

Dominic Tawney and Rodney Vancleave appeared for their preliminary hearing in an Ada County courtroom Tuesday morning.

Tawney's lawyer requested a bond reduction. The judge did grant that request and set bond at $50,000.

Prosecutors say earlier this month the two men and a third suspect set at least four cars on fires and damaged two others.

Prosecutors also say Tawney admitted to the crimes.

The third suspect in this case is under 18 and faces similar charges in the juvenile justice system.

The pair will be back in court on October 16.
