- 6 Eggs
- 3 oz prosciutto ham
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 can pop and fresh biscuits
- Vegetable spray
- 2 pie tins
Spray pie tin with vegetable spray. Place biscuits in greased pie tin. Press in the center of each biscuit with your thumb making a divot. Place ham in divots and crack eggs in each divot. Spread parmesan cheese over eggs.
Place one pie tin upside down in dutch oven and pour 2 cups of water in bottom of dutch oven. Place pie pan of eggs and biscuits on top of other pie tin. Place lid on dutch oven and 8 hot coals under with 12 hot coals on top of dutch oven.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until eggs are done.
