1 Tbs. olive oil

1 Tbs. minced garlic

Salt & pepper to taste

3 tsp. assorted fresh herbs

Rind of 1 lemon

1-cup strained(Greek) plain yogurt

6 ounces al dente cooked fettuccin

1 teaspoon grated Parmesan, optional


Heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic, salt & pepper, herbs, and lemon rind.

Cook for 30 seconds.

Pull off heat and add yogurt. Stir well.

Add pasta and return to heat.

Toss well

Don't Boil or it will turn into yuck !!

To serve:

Place pasta in serving dish

Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
