BOISE -- A 34-year-old man is in custody after a 12-hour standoff in a southwest Boise neighborhood near the intersection of Amity and Cole roads.
Jacob Rexius was arrested early Friday morning after sheriff's deputies and agents from the U.S. Marshall's Office fired tear gas into a home on South Chex Way, then used a police dog to find him.
Rexius was found hiding in a crawl space around 3 a.m.
The 34-year-old is wanted on warrant charges for a probation violation. Two males and a female were also arrested during the incident.
Police say they came out willingly after a few hours.

Roads into the neighborhood were blocked off Thursday evening and neighbors were told to stay in their homes as police tried to arrest Rexius.
He's currently in the AdaCounty Jail on felony probation violation charges. He was on parole for delivery of a controlled substance. Previous criminal charges include battery, a firearms violation, 17 narcotics violations, 18 parole violations and five counts of failure to appear.
