Apple Pie Pizza

5 cups flour
5 teaspoons sugar
2 packages Fleischmann s Rapid Rise Yeast
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling

6 ounces apple cinnamon yogurt
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling

1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients. Heat the milk, water and butter together until very warm. Pour over flour mixture. Mix with bread hook until smooth and elastic. Turn bread out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to a little bigger than a 15-inch pizza pan. Using the apple slices from the can of apple pie filling, places the apples slices all around the edge of the crust. Reserve the remaining apple pie filling mixture for later. Fold the crust over the apples and pinch down the edges to create a stuffed-crust. Bake the pizza crust in a 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes.

Mix together apple cinnamon yogurt, cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread over the baked crust.

Spread 21 ounce can plus reserved apple pie filling over the cream cheese filling and crust.

Finally, mix together the topping ingredients. Place on top of apple pie filling and return pizza to 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes to brown the topping.

Optional: Drizzle caramel ice cream syrup over pie.
