Vale, Ore. -- Oregon State Police are investigating a single crash near Vale, Oregon that killed a Weiser man.

According to police, the man has been identified as 33-year old David Ronald Maybrey.

Maybrey was heading westbound on U.S. Highway 20 around 2 a.m. Friday, when he overcorrected and rolled his 1996 Geo Tracker.

Police say he was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from his car. Maybrey was pronounced dead at the scene.

OSP believe alcohol was a contributing factor.

Malheur County Sheriff's Office and the Oregon Department of Transportation assisted OSP at the scene.
