BOSTON -- The third victim killed in the Boston Marathon bombing has now been identified.
Lu Lingzi, a graduate student at Boston University was watching the race near the finish line when the explosions happened. She was standing alongside two other students, one who was injured and underwent surgery, and another who was unharmed. Eight-year-old Richard Martin and and 29-year-old Krystal Campbell were also killed in the attack.
New this morning, NBC News is reporting that investigators are trying to identify a young man seen on video near the second blast site. They say the young man is seen talking on his cellphone before setting down a black bag and dashing away.
President Obama will travel to Boston in the wake of Monday's deadly marathon bombings.
With some progress being made in the investigation, President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will attend an interfaith service at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in the south end of Boston.
The service will be dedicated to those injured and killed at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
