BOISE -- Eleven families in Caldwell will receive Christmas meals and presents for their children thanks to the generosity of a group of local girls.

The group is called Job's Daughters and they have been giving holiday help to Caldwell families for the last 10 years.

With the help of their adult mentors, Job's Daughters provide food and gifts for families who have fallen through the cracks during the holidays.

The Job's Daughters girls are given $450.

On their own, they have to figure out how to make that money cover the cost of a Christmas meal and presents for 11 families.

Counselors in the Caldwell School district identify families who need help and pass that information on to Job's Daughters.
